Calli has extensive experience with high-asset, high-conflict divorces with complex international or trust issues. This knowledge carries over into her estate planning and probate work, allowing her to further assist families and recognize the long-term needs of her clients. The child of a military veteran, she also has experience with the unique issues that arise in military divorces. Calli is also a family law mediator, with special training in domestic violence and child abuse mediations.
Calli graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2012, where she focused on family law and estates advocacy. She was awarded the Distinguished Service Award for her work in the Civil Practice Clinic, representing clients in divorce, custody, child support, and guardianship matters. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
Calli has worked with the First Court of Appeal, the Attorney General’s Office, and the Dallas County Public Defenders’ Office – Family Services Division, addressing client issues with child support and CPS cases.
Calli chaired the Association of Women Attorneys –Judicial Endorsement committee from 2016 to 2018. She won the Avvo Top Contributor Award for 2012 and 2013. Calli was named one of the Top 10 Under 40 for 2017 by the National Association of Family Law Attorneys. Calli is also a director of local health nonprofit Houston Diaper Assistance Program. She is committed to helping Gulf Coast families survive and thrive.
